International Global Express Mail - $30.00 Orders take 1-2 (business) days to process and 7-10 (business) days to deliver depending on the destination and how long it takes to clear customs. International Global Express orders are not trackable once they leave Thailand. CUSTOMS CHARGES/IMPORT DUTIES: For international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient
LOST PACKAGES: On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, packages sent via the Thailand Postal Service never arrive at their destination. In such instances, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed but will require that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. We require this so we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive this signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement shipment.

PaymentPayment Methods We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We do not accept personal checks. We do not ship COD. If you use a credit card for your method of payment, the billing address must match that shown on your credit card statement. Otherwise, your order will be delayed until we can contact you to obtain the correct address. We do not accept personal checks or counter checks.
Returns Policy Orders by fax or post Except for defective or incorrectly sent items, we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking charge of 15%. Online orders With the exceptions specified below, all goods may be returned to us for exchange, or full refund (excl. shipping & handling charges), provided that you return them (i) within 10 working days of receiving them and (ii) in their original packaging.

We do not accept any returns of ear fittings, threads, wires, chains or semi- precious items. Out of Stock Items We try to be in stock of all featured items at all times. However, the nature of bead production and sourcing causes occasional and unpredictable shortages. We will ship partial orders, unless you instruct us otherwise. If we are out of stock of your chosen item(s) at the time of your order, please select an alternative. If we are out of stock of an ordered item at the time your order is dispatched to you, please re-order it at a later date. |
